More on the concept of FLOW:

  • FLOW: “Flow, also known as Zone, is the mental state of operation in which a person performing an activity is fully immersed in a feeling of energized focus, full involvement, and enjoyment in the process of the activity.” For more info, see Mihaly Csikszentmihalyi’s pioneering work on the flow concept.  RIFF will highlight some of these concepts, and expand the discussion in a variety of areas and creative disciplines.
